Cadet College Hasan Abdal is the first cadet of its kind in Pakistan. This cadet college for boys that has set a trend for other similar schools. For more than sixty years, the students who graduate from here have not only done great things in Pakistan but also in other parts of the world.
The college is on a big piece of land, about 86 acres in total. There’s a tall building for classes, and behind it are six dorms or hostels named Jinnah, Haider, Iqbal, Omar, Liaqat, and Aurangzeb. At the end of the Academic Block, there’s a swimming pool. Next to it is the College mess, where everyone eats. Behind the mess, there’s a cafeteria and bakery. The college has large fields where students play cricket, hockey, football, basketball, and volleyball. Swimming happens in a season, and horse riding is a tradition at CCH, going on almost all year round.

Age Requirement

- Candidates applying for regular admission to GCE ‘O’ Level must be between 12 and 14 years old on April 1st of the entry year.
- No exceptions or relaxations of the age limit are allowed.
Document Requirements

- Attach an attested copy of Form “B” (NADRA) with the Application Form.
- Candidates must have passed Class VII by March of the entry year.

Special Consideration for Final Exams

- Students with final exams scheduled in June of the joining year are eligible for Grade 8 (O-Levels) admission.
- They must submit a “School Leaving Certificate” confirming attendance till the joining date, including the grade/class at departure.
Application Approval

- After online submission, candidates meeting all requirements will receive approval notifications via email.
- The admission office will generate a roll number slip and inform candidates to print it from the online portal using their credentials.
Entry Test Details

- Entry tests are usually held in Oct/Nov each year, with dates advertised in national newspapers and on the college website.
- The 3-hour written test covers Mathematics, English+ Islamiat, General Awareness, Urdu + General Science.
- The test booklet provides space for answers; no additional answer sheets are provided.
- Syllabi for the Admission Test are available on the college website for guidance.
- Urdu-Islamiat Paper is compulsory, and alternative subjects are not available. Non-Muslim candidates may skip Islamiat, marking “NON MUSLIM” on the answer sheet, and attempt the Islamiat portion in English.

- Fees for overseas candidates are charged separately for the Entrance Exam, with details available upon request. The Written Test is held at the following Centers:

- A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 7000/- + Rs. 58/- (Bank Charges) must be paid with the Application Form.
- Only online applications are accepted. You can find the Online Application Form on the college’s Online Admission portal at www.ccha.edu.pk. Manual application forms are not available or accepted.

Entrance Exam Fee for overseas candidates is charged as follows:

Note: Besides this, the overseas candidates will have to submit 100 to 150 SR/DH as the center charges to the school where entrance exam is being conducted.
Fee Information
- Quarterly fee payments in advance.
- During Summer Vacation, a portion of Hostel Fee and Messing not charged.
- 5% Advance Withholding Tax (Adjustable) under Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
- Fees effective from 1st April, increasing by 10% annually.
- Adjustments may occur during the year based on food and service costs.
- Rs.200/- fine per day for delayed payment.
- Penalties for overdue amounts exceeding one term/quarter fee , suspension from college, striking cadet’s name off roll, withholding documents/testimonials
